Payment Policy All your
correspondences must be addressed to Holiday Trip to Haridwar
(Regd.) at the address mentioned below. To hold a tour booking,
you are required to give us 50% amount in advance. Remaining
part of the amount should be paid after your arrival in India,
but 7 days prior to the commencement of our services. Holiday Trip to Haridwar also holds the authority to decide
the amount of advance payment, depending on the nature of the
extended services. During peak season, we may require full
amount to be paid in advance to hold space on a 'confirmed
basis'. This is also to be noted that amount that you pay us
during the peak season are 'non-refundable'.
Mode of Payment Holiday Trip to Haridwar Travels accepts amount through
'wire transfer', 'credit cards' or 'cash'. If you choose to pay
through credit cards or in cash, the amount can be deposited in
any of our bank accounts. Credit card holders can use American
Express, Master and Visa credit cardto pay the amount. In case,
you pay by credit card, we would require the photocopy of the
credit card, to be sent via fax. A service charge of 3.5% will
be applicable on all credit card payments.
If you
choose to pay by Demand Draft, it should be in favour of Holiday Trip to Haridwar , payable at Haridwar,
Uttarakhand.
Terms of Booking When you
make a booking with us, you have a contract with Holiday Trip to Haridwar (Regd.). The contract is valid only when we have
confirmed the space, have received the signed booking form from
you, the deposit and have sent you a booking confirmation for
the same. Please also note that we accept only completely filled
in and duly signed booking forms.
Deposit After the
signed booking form procedure is complete, 50% deposit of the
total cost must be paid to the company in advance. Customers
find it convenient to pay the balance amount within 30 days
before departure. For bookings done within 30 working days of
tour departure, the full amount will become immediately due with
cash/ DD only. The amount will be collected in INR and charged
according to the prevailing bank card rate at the time of making
payment.
Cancellation Policy Any
Natural calamities HOLIDAY TRIP TO HARIDWAR will not
be liable for the same.
In the case of cancellation/ amendment of travel arrangements,
you are required to notify us for the same in written. The
charges for the same will be effective from the time/date we
receive your intimation. While you apply for
cancellation/amendment, the charges would be as follows :
More than 28 days prior to your arrival at destination - Deposit
only
27 - 14 days prior to your arrival at destination -
65% of the total tour price
13 - 07 days prior to your
arrival at destination - 75% of total tour price
06 days or
less - 100% of total tour price
Liabilities and responsibilities :
It is in the nature of all programs that the arrangements have
to be flexible. The day-to-day agenda and ultimate goal of a
trip is taken as aims and not as contractual obligations. The
agency will always try its very best to solve any problem you
face during your trip, but cannot be held responsible for delays
or alterations in the programs or for expenses incurred, owing
to domestic flights delays or cancellation, strikes, local
regulations, sickness, bad weather, war, major force, political
closures and disputes.
Note : It may take us 2-4 weeks to complete the refund
procedure.
